PolyLink Solutions manufactures vacuum-formed parts using a variety of materials including HDPE, ABS, and HIPS, customizing a full range of product sizes and gauges. We also utilize a variety of moulded particle foam substrates, including EPS, Bio-EPS, EPP, EPE, and PS-PE. Additional material options include Electrostatic Dissipative, Fire Retardant, and a wide range of colours.
We design custom-engineered packaging to protect customer products. In-house computer-aided design, provides custom product packaging advantages, including reduced part damage, increased pack density, and efficient part handling.
